New England, circa 1750 Made in solid tiger-maple with dramatic figure, our award-winning diminutive "porringer" tea table is designed to be elegantly delicate, with hand-turned Queen Anne cabriole legs whose ankles are a mere half inch thick. Its boldly-shaped top, with crisp spurs defining the "cookie" or "porringer" corners, is enhanced with hand-carved undercutting at the edges. |

The finish surfaces have the rich clarity that only hand-planing attains. This table is a favorite with our clients and nearly everyone who visits our showroom admires the one there, frequently crouching to examine it closely and run their hands over it.
